Marc Menowitz invests in apartments, retail space, and office buildings. His portfolio currently includes approximately 15,000 apartments and over 4,350,000 square feet of commercial space located in twenty two (22) states. His  holdings are primarily concentrated in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and New York metropolitan area with a modest portfolio of low income properties in California. Since 1997 he has acquired either through partnership interests or outright ownership over 25,000 apartments and 4,000,000 square feet of commercial space.

His  primary focus is to expand our multifamily portfolio nationwide and acquire additional commercial properties in the New York metropolitan area. He generally purchases Class B and C type properties which provide upside opportunity through our successful management formula, performing necessary capital work and creating additional income streams.
