Match-Making Sessions
Small business representatives can request 15-minute match-making appointments with participating federal agencies and large primes. 
Appointments are not required.

Additional agencies and primes will be listed as they confirm.  
Deadlines: April 14 for Philadelphia; July 14 for Columbus.
We expect about 20 to 25 at each location.

If you require a hotel room, there are no official Summit hotels,
but the following hotels are located near the Summit locations. 
Summit Location:  1650 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA
(Center City)  Hotel availability in the Center City area may be limited due to large city-wide conventions. You'll have better luck staying by the airport, about 10 miles from Center City.

Philadelphia - April 26
Pre-registration closed on April 23. This event has sold out.  
Onsite registrations will not be accepted on the day of the Summit.


Columbus - July 27

Registration deadline is July 23.
Due to security requirements, no onsite registrations are permitted on the day of the Summit.
Register by July 14 to be eligible to request match-making appointments
with participating agencies and primes.  (Details will be emailed later.)

Registration is free for individuals from Council member companies. 
$25 per person for individuals from non-member companies.

Free registrations for match-making government agencies and primes
with submission of a Match-Making Table Reservation Form (see registration page for link).
Refunds will be processed for written cancellations received at least 30 days before each event.
No refunds thereafter.  Transfers to individuals from the same firms are permitted
but must be requested in writing by the registration deadlines listed above.
Registration may close before the registration deadlines if we reach our seating capacity.
Access to Summit conference facilities requires a government-issued ID
(such as a driver's license or passport) and standard security screenings.
