The Purchase Price and ARV, or After Repaired Value, are a large part of what determines if and how much you profit on a deal. Both numbers can be somewhat elusive because they are inexact. The real estate market, including available inventory, interest rates and more, dictate the price range but both numbers are ultimately what a buyer is willing to pay. Online calculators can be inaccurate and real estate brokers have their own busy schedules that may not work in the time frame that you need to finalize an offer or, worse yet, may be slanted. Our Valuation Series will help you get as close to an accurate valuation as possible simply and without using third parties to run the numbers for you! Included in this webinar:
