About our Speaker
Chris Leighton is a fellow REIA Member, an active investor, the head of Underwriting at WADOT Capital and Director of Auction Finance of their sister company, KC Capital.
With over 25 years in the business he brings a unique perspective to Hard Money lending. Chris spent the better part of his career on the other side of the table.
Chris started out selling real estate and has run brokerages, done rehabs, developed town homes and apartment communities and done small scale land development.
