Todd Britsch provides data for guidance and risk management information for the real estate community to help protect us from making critical mistakes in our ever-changing housing market. Todd has successfully spent the last 20+ years developing and growing custom reporting with economic analysis and insights into the Puget Sound housing market that are second to none.

His analytics include new construction trends, commercial construction, real estate oriented consumer patterns, the short and long term health of the real estate market and influencing factors for building product manufacturers.
Todd has also owned and operated multiple industry related businesses including Real Vision Information Services, which went on to become New Home Trends Inc., ultimately acquired by MetroStudy, a Hanley-Wood Company. Todd currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Market Research for Level Capital.
As he has throughout his career, Todd Britsch continues to serve as the Pacific Northwest’s voice and forecaster for the real estate industry.
