CAPHRA proudly presents its next program of the 2018-2019 Season…
Dealing with Change in an Ever-Changing World
Are you feeling overwhelmed by change? Do you struggle with how you are “supposed” to feel about a change versus how you really do? Do you just want some tips on how you can effectively deal with change? Then join us for our lunch and learn on May 8th to learn more about our emotional responses to change, why it is okay to struggle with change, and tips to help you navigate change effectively.
Join us on May 8, 2019, at the PSECU Headquarters, 1500 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, 17110. This program is free to CAPHRA members and $5.00 for guests. The program starts promptly at 12:00 PM and will end at 1:00 PM. PSECU is graciously providing a complimentary lunch for all participants (see below). Visitor parking is available free of charge onsite.
Due to PSECU’s contract with SODEXHO, no outside food or drink is permitted at this event. Therefore, PSECU will provide a catered lunch (sandwiches, tossed salad, chips, cookies, and bottled water) for ALL participants, which will begin at 11:45 AM. Please remember to register by COB on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 for this event so PSECU will know how much food to prepare.
PSECU Headquarters is a secure building so your registration will also generate a visitor’s badge for you to wear upon check-in. Be sure to have ID with you in case security requests verification.
