Wholesaling, or Assignment of Contract, is a tool that real estate investors at all levels of education and experience often utilize in their businesses. Wholesalers don't typically pay exorbitant amounts of earnest money, obtain financing to close the deal or swing a hammer. A Wholesaler's job is to find, negotiate and contract deals and sell those contracts to, typically, flippers and landlords.
Does Wholesaling work during our 2020+ pandemic and overall craziness? You bet! REIA Members are reporting six-figure assignment fees in some cases and a higher volume of deals for others. Have we updated some of our strategies and tools to improve our outcomes? Absolutely.
Many in REIA consistently earn more than comfortable livings just on the wholesaling side of their real estate investing businesses, though most are by no means utilizing only "conventional" marketing. Why do we believe that every residential, multi-family and commercial real estate investor should learn Wholesaling?

The REIA Wholesaling Class includes the following topics: Deals and Sellers, Comps and Due Diligence, Contingencies, Assignment Procedures, information about Assignment Agreements, Finding Buyers and Getting Paid! Bring your Wholesaling questions!

Q & A will be available throughout the class day. If you have questions arise after the class as you are getting started please don't hesitate to ask on the REIA Member Forum!

| REIA Classes are typically taught by REIA Business Members, local professionals who are experts in their fields, governmental agencies and local, active real estate investors. No products or services will be sold. |

Registration and Prepayment Deadlines
- Tuesday, March 30th. This class is open exclusively to REIA Members until this date.
- Wednesday, March 31st. Members and Non-Members are welcome to register and attend if and as seating is available. Please note that seating is very limited due to social distancing guidelines; availability is not guaranteed.
- Prepayment Required. Prepay the class fee using the link that will be provided to registrants by email. Links will be sent by email throughout the registration period though not necessarily on the same day that you register.
- Wednesday, April 7th. Registration closes for everyone.
- Thursday, April 8th. Registrations for those who have not prepaid their event fees will be cancelled. We will contact those on the waiting list in the order of registration on the waiting list.
If registration shows "full" sign up on the waiting list! A spot may open up! If there is enough demand on the waiting list we will try to offer a second class. If you are available for an all day class during the week please let us know in the "comments" section of your registration.
Those who have not registered and prepaid this class will not be able to attend.
No exceptions can be made.
Please plan to arrive as close to our 8 AM door opening as possible to allow sufficient time to check in and complete COVID screening in advance of our 9 AM class start. Social Distancing and Masks are required to attend all REIA events until further notice as we comply with State guidelines.
