Cost Segregation to Maximize Cash Flow
Fellow REIA Members Sherri Jarvey and Jeff Kembel of Cost Segregation Authority will discuss cost segregation studies and the tax benefits available for real estate investors, developers and builders. Do you think this strategy only works for institutional investors? Think again! Read on, register below and bring your questions!
How does cost segregation benefit real estate investors? Here's the simple answer: accelerated depreciation = lower tax obligation. Lower tax obligation = increased cash flow! Your depreciation benefits can make funds available now, not over decades.
The end result? You have funds available now to use as you would like, including the ability to leverage those funds into another property.
In this webinar you will learn the history of cost segregation and how cost segregation studies help taxpayers benefit through the acceleration of short life asset depreciation on both commercial and residential properties. You will also get information on 45L tax credits for energy efficient homes including single family homes, apartments, condos and senior living and 179D tax deductions for qualifying energy efficient homes and commercial buildings. |
