With a degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University, Sarah spent the first 12 years of her career in the luxury hotel industry, fueling her love of travel, before moving into the exciting and ever changing world of short-term rentals and property management.
Sarah is a high-achieving & trusted hospitality sales and short-term rental property management professional dedicated to providing outstanding client care and results.
Sarah and her husband live in Snoqualmie, love traveling, have an adorable baby girl all while loving their adopted sweet pup!

Chris Casey is a fellow REIA Member, Attorney and Principal of Casey Law PLLC. Chris is an attorney who focuses and provides guidance on personal and business liability protection, business formation, purchase and sale and other contract documentation. He serves residential, multi-family housing and commercial building owners, investors and managers. Chris also has substantial expertise in construction defects.
What distinguishes Mr. Casey are his prior years of experience as a construction defects attorney, a civil trial attorney and his undefeated record in the courtroom as a criminal prosecutor. Chris has a firm commitment to developing long-term relationships with each client. Mr. Casey is a long-time fellow REIA Member and a frequent and valued REIA educator.

Ty Peck is a fellow REIA Member and the Agency Owner of the Ty Peck Insurance Agency. Ty was born and raised in Bellingham, WA and has spent the majority of his life here. He is happily married with 3 little ones at home.
Ty has been in the insurance industry for 7+ years. He has spent the majority of that time recruiting and training agency owners to find success in growing their businesses. Since 2019, he has owned the Ty Peck Insurance Agency with a focus on helping homeowners and business owners find the right insurance plan for their assets.
Ty is a firm believer in being your risk advisor vs. just another insurance agent.

Registration and Prepayment Deadlines
- Now. This class is open to REIA Members and REIA Guests alike, with registration. Please note that seating is very limited due to social distancing guidelines.
- Prepayment Required. Prepay the class fee using the link that will be provided to registrants by email. Links will be sent by email throughout the registration period though not necessarily on the same day that you register.
- Monday, June 7th. Registration closes for everyone. All class fees are due by this date.
- Tuesday, June 8th. Registrations for those who have not prepaid their event fees will be cancelled. We will contact those on the waiting list in the order of registration.
- TAKE NOTE: Due to social distancing and capacity limitations, seating is very limited! Early registration and early prepayment is essential if you want to attend!

Please plan to arrive as close to our 6 PM door opening as possible to allow sufficient time to check in and complete COVID screening in advance of our 7 PM class start.
If registration shows "full" sign up on the waiting list! A spot may open up! If there is enough demand on the waiting list we will try to offer a second meeting or enlarge the meeting room. Those who have not registered and prepaid this class will not be able to attend. No exceptions can be made.
Social Distancing and Masks are required to attend all REIA events until further notice.
