Hard Money for Real Estate Deals

Fellow REIA Member John Bartholomew, Partner at Cascara Capital, will provide education on Hard Money!

| We will learn the nuts and bolts of hard money. Included in this webinar: |

- general uses and advantages of hard money for investors;
- the two main considerations for lenders;
- Loan To Cost (ATC) vs. After Repair Value (ARV);
- how values are determined by the lender;
- loan costs, fees, rates, terms and extensions;
- a caution on Pre-Approval Letters and Offers;

|
|
There will be lots of math problems and illustrations to be sure you walk away with a thorough understanding of how hard money loans work. As always, bring your questions!

John Bartholomew is a fellow REIA Member and Partner at Cascara Capital. |
|
John has more than twenty years of experience in banking and lending. He began his banking career while still in graduate school for a major California Bank in product management. This experience was followed by a national finance company and Seafirst Bank, a Bank of America company. At Seafirst John achieved a senior position and led a large scale, unique at the time, remote lending team. John was President of Residential Mortgage Concepts which helped develop many loan officers who enjoy highly successful careers today.

| Along with his financial experience, John has spent many years in the BPO (business process outsourcing) arena, having key roles with private and public companies alike. John earned his MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia. |
